Trio Max (single monitor set up)

I recently purchased the Trio Max portable monitor. I bought one monitor to set up with my M1 Macbook Air. Overall, I am extremely impressed with the monitor. It immediately enhanced my work experience and offers exceptional mobility and a variety of setup options.
My only issues with the monitor are that it is unable to connect to my computer through a USB meaning that I cannot use my normal USB adaptor (as the Mac does not have USB ports) and the monitor at the same time. Additionally, while not incredibly problematic, the resolution on the monitor is not as sharp as I would have hoped but is more than sufficient for the work I am using it for.
Overall, this is a 4-star product and one that I would highly recommend.
We purchased several of these items for our remote workers to increase their screen capacity. We love ease of installation and how easy it is to expand the screen count in less than a minute. The only down side is that they are very heavy and the magnets don't hold that well. Other than that these are great products.
Magnetic tension needs to be increased when using a trio. Screen slide inevitable with two screens. Second screen clips are already starting to sag when the screen is extended. Pivot point on bottom with screen is supposed to lock in pops out and screen gets lopsided causing screen to disappear behind laptop screen. My biggest pet peeve’s, is that the clips do not allow the screens to fully extend past the back of the laptop on a wide screen laptop. I am using a DELL precision 3550. Screen resolution is not a problem.
This is the most brilliant concept I’ve ever seen. I wish I would have ordered this years ago. Very easy to use and the three screens are a game changer
I travel for work and had trouble working on reports on my 14 in laptop. Using the trio set up has tripled my productivity. Only wish I discovered these years ago. Oh and with the additional screens it still fits in my laptop bag.
I was sent to work from home during the COVID-19 pandemic, and as I don't have enough space for a second monitor in my room's desk, I resorted to use my TV for that purpose. It never felt quite well, mainly because of the distance and size difference from one display to another, the feeling that I was sending my app windows to "another device", and the lack of mobility (only as far as my HDMI cable allowed).
Now with my TRIO I can move freely from one room to another, and my second display feels more integrated and "natural" both in size and the physical and mental "effort" required to connect it, use it, and think of it as the same device.
Works as advertised, I have the Trio 14” works with my dell laptop and allows me to have two screens while mobile. It hooks on fine and the magnet functionality is good. The only problem is a bought a 14” for my 14” lap top which is a touch too big as there is a bezel around the monitor it still works fine but think 12 would make it even better. Resolution and functionality exactly as advertised
