Works great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This keyboard was easy to setup and works great. It is a heavier one though. It charges through USB-C which is good. A full charge on it last a good amount of time. Definitely recommend trying it if you like wireless Bluetooth keyboards.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This keyboard is lightweight, ergonomically designed and eco-conscious as well which are great features. It is easy to set up with up to 3 Bluetooth devices. It also has anti microbial
protection against germs which is nice. I love that it uses solar energy as well. I highly recommend this product to anyone needing a great quality keyboard.

SO IMPRESSED

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was sceptical at first about a keyboard being solar but WOW! I am impressed. The keyboard is a little heavy as all solar things tend to be but I was able to use my tablet for a day and still going. The bluetooth connected easily and the keys are nice to the touch - a little tight but not where I have to press hard. My only con is that I wish it was smaller. This defintely a FULL SIZE keyboard! Bigger than my laptop keyboard.
I'm going to attach it to my phone when the board dies out! I love that it is ecofriendly and that everything is recycled. Makes me feel like I am doing my part. Overall, this is great keyboard and I will be looking into other Targus products to share with my family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As an eco-conscious consumer, I was thrilled to discover the Targus Energy Harvesting EcoSmart Keyboard, and it certainly did not disappoint. This keyboard combines sustainability and efficiency with a slim and lightweight design, making it an excellent addition to any workspace.
Pros:
1. Eco-Friendly Design: One of the standout features of this keyboard is its commitment to the environment. Made from 85% post-consumer recycled materials and holding GRS certification, it aligns perfectly with sustainable practices. Even the packaging is recycled, minimizing its impact on the environment.
2. Efficient Solar Technology: The integration of solar cells optimized for various light conditions is a brilliant idea. I appreciate that it can harvest energy from both indoor and outdoor lighting, providing a reliable and eco-friendly power source.
3. Germ Protection: The germ protection feature is a valuable addition, especially in shared work environments. The DefenseGuard Antimicrobial Protection, infused into the keyboard, ensures that pesky microbes like bacteria won't thrive, creating a healthier workspace.
4. Multi-Device Connectivity: The ability to connect to up to 3 devices via Bluetooth is a game-changer. This functionality enhances productivity, making it effortless to switch between devices without the hassle of re-pairing each time.
5. Lightweight and Ergonomic: The keyboard's slim and lightweight design contributes to its overall appeal. It's comfortable to use for extended periods, and the full-size 104-key keypad ensures a familiar and efficient typing experience.

Cons:
1. Missing Indicator Lights: While the keyboard impresses with its sustainable features, it lacks indicator lights for caps lock or number lock. It would have been helpful to include these essential indicators to enhance user experience.
2. Limited Brightness Adjustments: Though the backlit keys are a nice touch, having only three levels of adjustable brightness might not cater to everyone's preferences. A wider range of brightness options could have been more accommodating.

Overall, the Targus Energy Harvesting EcoSmart Keyboard is a top-notch, eco-friendly choice for those seeking a sustainable yet efficient keyboard. Its slim and lightweight design makes it easy to integrate into any workspace. Despite missing indicator lights and limited brightness adjustments, the keyboard's eco-conscious and functional attributes make it a superior choice for eco-friendly tech enthusiasts. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to make a positive impact on both their work performance and the environment.

Input lag
on July 24, 2023

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was disappointed when I tested out this keyboard and had trouble getting it to connect to Bluetooth and also it has input lag as well. If I don’t type on the keyboard for a few minutes it lags up a bit when I start trying to type something. The feel and quality is nice however and like how it’s backlit as well and solar powered. Just so sad with the input lag I wouldn’t recommend if you type a lot or game but maybe just for casual browsing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
Response from TargusBy Targus Support, July 25, 2023
Hello, like many of are devices this keyboard has a sleep feature. After so long being idle it goes to sleep to conserve energy. To wake you just need to start typing again.
