Best knife in the kitchen!

Though we have multiple knives and most are high end brands, I will consistently grab my 8 inch
Shun kiritsuke over them all! It is by far the best knife in the kitchen, whether we are slicing fruits and vegetables, or carving the holiday roast or turkey.

Dang this is by far the sharpest knife I've ever used and the design of the blade makes for such comfortable and precise cutting.

I just purchased an 8-inch Classic, my first Shun. Oh my word! I had so much fun cutting vegetables, I was up until midnight making three kinds of soup. The knife is incredibly sharp, light, and feels so natural in my hand. My wife, who doesn't like to cook even enjoyed using it. I can't recommend Shun cutlery enough! It's a great value.

I've had mine for over a year and still can't wait to cut stuff. The knife so sweet you'll be look around your kitchen and just cutting everything. Very impressed.
