Bought this Kirituke, a 7” Santorum and a pairing knife to go along with the Cleaver my Wife bought me two years ago.
I have no idea why it took me so long to place that order.

I've had this knife about a month now and I'm loving it. I find myself ignoring my other knives while prepping veggies and even slicing proteins.
It cuts effortlessly, precisely all while fitting comfortably and securely in hand.
Very happy with my decision to add this knife to my Shun collection!

Excellent quality knives. I use them everyday to prepare dinner and they are razor sharp. These knives are a work of art. I can't help but continue to add to my Shun collection--5 so far!
