Great Knives - of course :-)

Shun knives are among the best! I bought this knife for my son who has quite a few Shun knives. He carries them wherever he goes if he thinks he'll be preparing a meal. He is a very very good amateur chef and takes pride in the tools he uses to prepare the meals.

Made it easy to remove the silver fascia from a pork tenderloin! It used to take me twice as long but now it is a quick job! Love this knife!!!!
