Great all around knife

I used this knife for teppanyaki so it was great for removing from my sheath and putting it back quickly. Perfect balance and lite in the handle. The only downside is the handle got too hot and melted.

Nice, lightweight paring, 'sort of', knife. Extra length is a plus for large fruits, like one of our wonderful southern NJ Beefsteak tomatoes or peaches, which are too large for a normal paring knife. Good quality.
