I usually have to put a better edge on knives when they come in, even brand new from the factory. Not my new Shun, it came to me razor sharp. I will probably never by another brand of knife ever again unless I ever some manage to afford something from the Michael Bras line

I’m a baker and line cook and this knife is with me for every service. The blade is the perfect size for super dexterous and precise cuts, and the handle feels really good in the hand. Came out of the box sharp enough to cut through space and time.
