This is a great knife with an excellent blade with a profile that makes it perfect for fine trimming work.

Love the blade but the cheap plastic handle just ruins the experience. Out of my six Shun Knives this is the only one not from their Classic line....and it's the only one I regret purchasing. Lesson learned!!

If you’re debating on buying, do it! I bought a few as a gift for my husband and he was sooo happy! They really are very nice high quality knives.
