I am new to quality knives

I recently purchased the Shun Classic Paring 4" knife and I am incredibly impressed. The craftsmanship is exceptional, with a razor-sharp blade that effortlessly tackles any task. The comfortable handle provides excellent grip and control. It's the perfect size for precise cutting and peeling. This knife has quickly become an essential tool in my kitchen. Highly recommended!

For those fiddly jobs

Small and sharp this does those small detailed jobs that the chefs knife just can't do. I find it especially useful when small dicing chilis.

I use a pairing knife for most of my cutting related kitchen work (I recognize I am doing it wrong). This has been a wonderful upgrade. It’s sharp, feels nice in the hand and is just a pretty knife.

This little knife is perfect. It feels so good in the hand for the small but important cutting jobs in the kitchen.
I own a lot of knives including Shun’s. This has become one of my favorites.

My wife went to culinary school many years ago and was a chef, we have 6 of your knives in our kitchen. They all hold their edge very very well

Perfect for tiny hands...

I needed a good, small, sharp knife...my hands are tiny, I am a little tiny person who loves to cook. I have a very very old paring knife which belonged to my Mom...it is a treasure, it still works well, but I was ready for something new, and this PREMIER PARING KNIFE fit the bill. I brought it home on Sunday, and have been happily using it ever since. It has weight, but not too heavy, the handle gives me a firm grip, the blade, NICE AND SHARP!!! I hope to have it for many many years to come????????????????????
