It’s is the sharpest knife I have ever used! I know it’s should be used primarily for breads but I use it for many other types of products. It makes my life easy!😊

I have several Shun knives. This bread knife is so nice, it cuts without crushing the bread. It cuts meats and tomatoes too.

I love this knife. My friend's eyes got wide when she sliced bread with this knife. It is like no bread knife I have ever experienced before. What a delight to cut bread. You can actually get a nice and even cut.
