Beautiful knife and series. I have several of the Premier series. They are light but wonderfully made and handle well.

Exceptionally sharp well made knife. Love the lifetime guarantee. The real challenge was shipping. Kai.Shun used USPS and it took nearly a month for the knife to arrive. Recommend looking at other shipping options.

Best knife ever

Bought this knife at a knife dealer at my local mall. i am amazed at how long the blade stays sharp. I've had it now for 2 months and I use it every day. Still as sharp as the day I bought it. yes it will shave the hair off my arm.
Thank you Shun for such great quality. Your knives are the only I'll buy for now on.
