No Bluetooth card ! Guess I assumed that was a given these days - either that or its broken but since support is only open Mon-Friday 9:00am “ 6:00pm California Time it makes it hard to call and wait for help since I have to work...... They don't provide a detail list of components I guess for a reason.
Delivered with the burn-in software login still active so It kept booting to an Administrator. I eventually figured out how to get out of it and have the PC start up like it was the first time but kind of a big boo boo. It really sucks when you have to spend the first hour of a new PC just getting it to start up....
Two stars might be harsh as this is a good value PC but no bluetooth and support only 9-6 CA time M/F is going to make me think twice before I upgrade the other pc's in my house......

Bought this PC on Fingerhut. Very satisfied with the performance. Did add one more 8gb stick of RAM. Well worth the price for an entry level PC. I've bragged about it. Definitely would recommend.

I got this pc knowing very little about them. I got it about 2-3 weeks ago and it has done me wonders. I have had 0 problems with it plus it comes with a keyboard and mouse! I highly recommend this product.
