We love our new Cuisinart Basket Air Fryer. We use it often, it is easy to use. It is making our meals healthier. If you are looking for an Air Fryer I would highly recommend this Air Fryer!
Cuisinart is a good company of quality kitchen appliances. After reading a newspapers recommendation on air fryers I did my standard research into products pre-purchase and was not disappointed. Most of the reviews I read said there is a noticeable noise at startup of the Cuisinart and I concur. It seems to lessen every time we use it, which is quite often. We like the many different settings on the product. We also like the ability to turn the light on the interior of the basket to check on the food. Food cooks evenly and clean up of tray and basket is wonderfully easy. If I could suggest one thing it would be a better booklet on temps for different foods. The current one is pretty slim pickings. I would have given this a five star but due to the noise and booklet it rates a four star.
The best air fryer i have ever purchased in the last 7 years! The basket is large and roomy for a full meal! Clean up is easy breezy and the window is a nice addition! I’m trying new recipes and even air fried corn on the Cobb to perfection last night. I love it so much I purchased one for my daughter!
I have been using my Cuisinart Air 200 for about two weeks now and it has quickly become my favorite kitchen appliance. Food prep is quick and easy and with the help of a cookbook like Kelsey Ales' "Everything Air Fryer Cookbook", I feel like I have been able to produce delicious, restaurant quality meals with very little cooking expertise of my own. The Air 200 has been easy to use and flawless in its operation. And post meal clean up is so easy! I just wipe out the excess grease and debris with a paper towel, and then take a sponge soaked in warm soapy water to wipe off the crisper plate and the surfaces of the air fryer basket and that's it. The non-stick coating of the crisper plate and the basket truly is non-stick and it seems very durable. Thank you Cuisinart; you hit it out of the park with this product! And you have helped me get out of the "what am I going to do for dinner" rut that I was in.
The good, the 9 x 9 square basket gives plenty of room, the pretemps are too much time, but you will adjust later by decreasing the time. I put a 9 x 9 parchment paper with small holes with food holding them down for clean cooking. Clean up is easy in the sink after it cools. The light button allows 10 sec then turns off or you can push again to turn off. The first time, I washed the basket and put in water bowl only for a no smell test. The unit never smelled at all and the exhaust out the back is minimal. The bad is, well, nothing. I haven't found anything to complain about. I have a coffee maker with Cuisinart and it is a good product so I trusted the maker and it continues.
