I had 2 handheld midland radios, employees either talk to much or forgot to charge them regularly which made for long days. Upgraded to these wire in radios and we are really impressed with the increased range and how small they are. We are putting in all tractors now.

We bought 6 of these radios for having and harvest. Good range for gmrs biggest drawback is they are a little quiet for some equipment. Would recommend the external speaker in equipment with some cab noise. Easy to mount and I like the 4 inch tall ghost antenna. Overall a great radio for the money
