The mute button being on the side is frequently being muted when I naturally hold the remote. How about moving it to the face, or top or bottom.

I was a Firestick person. I had so much trouble with it. My friend convinced me to try Roku. It is the best. I love it. Its fast. The pictures are clear. And I went ahead and got one for my husbands TV.

Have been using Roku products for a number of years now. Have added the Roku devices to tv’s to watch great programming like Netflix Paramount+ etc. Last year purchased a 50 inch Roku brand tv with sound bar super easy to set up nice picture and great sound.
