Only have had it for a few months now it won’t turn on and can’t get anyone from Tony to help with this issue. Now I have a device that is not working and will have to start looking for something else to use. The most horrible experience with the tiki device express 4K+. I would not recommend to anyone

Hi Rene, we're sorry to hear about your troubles and we're here to help.
First, you may want to try changing the power source. For examples, if you are connecting it to a USB port on the back of your TV, try using the included wall power adapter. If you are already using the included power cable and adapter, try using a different micro-USB cable and/or wall power adapter.

Suddenly the Decades channel is no long available. Why?
Response from roku.comBy Rebecca, Roku Customer Advocate, May 5, 2022
Hi Cindy, the Decades channel is available via your cable provider. If you're no longer seeing it on your channel list, we'd recommend contacting your cable service provider to learn more about the channel's availability.
Worked great for months, but now freezes when in use.

Hello, we're sorry to hear about your troubles and we're here to help. Freezing is usually a result of a weak wireless connection. Be sure that your router is within range of the device and avoid obstructions like cabinets and walls when possible.
As a tip, you can check the strength of your internet connection by going to Settings > Network > Check connection. This will test the quality of the signal and also measure the speed of that connection, to be sure that your signal is strong enough.

I've had the Roku Express 4K+ for less than a year. It worked well at first, but in the last few months, when I switch from TV to the Roku setting, it's not there. The light goes out on the Roku Express 4k+ and I have to unplug and replug to get it to work. It's got plenty of ventilation around it, so I don't know why it keeps losing connection. I've tried to find answers on the Roku website as well as search for a phone number but haven't been successful with either.

Hi Marta, we're sorry to hear about your troubles. Based on your description, it sounds like there could be an issue with the strength of your wireless connection.
As a tip, you can check the strength of your internet connection by going to Settings > Network > Check connection. We'd also recommend checking for the newest software update, trying a different HDMI port, and using a different HDMI cable to see if that makes a difference.

This is my third Roku. It is the first one I have had a problem with. Every time I turn the tv on the tv comes on but no Roku. I have to unplug the Roku and plug it back in sometimes more than once. I am not positive which is the problem the electric or the tv outlet. I suspect the electric because most often this is the one to fix the problem.

Hi Pat, this is certainly not the kind of experience we'd hope for you to have and we're here to help!
First, always be sure to use the HDMI cable and power cord that come included with your player as not all cables are created equally.
The Roku Express 4K+ is designed to work work with any television with an HDMI connection. Since you've tried multiple HDMI ports on the TV, we'd recommend trying a different TV in an attempt to isolate the issue.
The device can be plugged into your TV's USB port for power or a wall outlet. If you're currently using the TV as your power source, try plugging the device into a wall outlet instead.
Finally, be sure that your remote has a fresh set of new batteries, just in case.
We hope that this gets you up and streaming soon! Roku Customer Advocate
