Love the simplicity!

We have been using Roku for over a month and we really like it. It’s easy to setup, easy to operate, and there are so many options! We used to have Dish and now we have Roku along with a couple streaming services that allow us to watch more shows for less money and hassle!! Very happy customers!! 😁

It works much better than I expected. It was very easy to install. Easy to use. It has very fast response time, switching between the different streaming services .Has a ton of free streaming services, Tubi, Freetv, etc. Works with Peacock. You cannot go wrong with Roku.

Remote needs work

I'm enjoying my Roku, but I'm not enjoying the remote. The volume control needs to be on the top. Being on the side I've accidently turned it up too loud for late night watching. The "voice" feature needs to be somewhere else on the remote. And the remote could stand to be a little larger. Otherwise, I'm happy with the Roku unit itself.

Very nice upgrade from the Roku HD I'd been using for the past 7 years. Now I can stream multiple channels, rather than Netflix only. The HDMI connection brings a clearer picture. I also like having a remote that controls the volume on the TV and powers both devises on/off.
