Roku is easy to use and navigate. Once you sync with your TV you just need the Roku remote. I own 4 of them now.

Not an expert still learning. Impressed with variety that is accessible. Not impressed with remote. Seems cheap. Keys sticking or not working. Not impressed with amount of time to change channels. Not able to access local channels. Would welcome any advice that might help. Refer to start of review.

Terrible Remote

We have purchased 2 remotes and the down button on both doesn’t work half the time - if it does work we have to stand directly in front of the device and push very hard to get the down button to work. Have tried resetting on both to no avail.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Recently switched from Direct TV to streaming. Chose roku due to have a non smart TV. Love being able to have the same remote device for all our TV s. So far have not had any issues using Roku. Seems easy enough to use.
