I bought this several weeks ago to replace a Firestick that stopped working. So far, I have been happy with the service except sometimes the volume and/or mute button will stop working, then it will start working again. Otherwise all is good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

my Roku Express 4K+ with HDR Voice Remote, is less than 1 year old and it is not Working Right! Bought a New Roku Voice Remote with TV Controls, and it still is NOt Working as when it was new! I purchased a New Vioice Remote because the On/Off Button Stopped Working!! Not Happy with this Roku System!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I don't know if Roku's equipment is damaged but it doesn't work well, I ask: What can I do to change it for another one that works?. I have to put new batteries every two days and the commands to change the channels do not respond.

I bought last month.
I also wanted to address overheating with streaming stick. It's not the stick, it's the power cable. My stick is on an extender and hangs free, no enclosed spaces. Still overheats.
Please address this problem for others to enjoy their watching experience.

This Roku Express is a very nice streaming device. It's nice and compact. Because of its faster Wi-Fi capabilities, it loads up pretty quickly.
