This item was purchased because I needed to change my tv provider, I think they all need to have voice on them, so that one can access channels easier and faster. Sometimes it takes too long to find channels that am used to watching.

Works great. The down arrow button on the remote is a little difficult to use. Doesn’t want to change channels or options easily.

It's OK

I bought two, one for each TV. The first one doesn't work - pressing the arrows seldom does anything. By the time I realized this it was too late to return it.
The volume and mute buttons are in an awkward location - can't pick up the remote without accidentally pressing one of them.

Could be better

I purchased this Roku for my bedroom TV. Most of the time we use it in bed when the room is dark. The remote is not lit and it keeps loosing the ability to control the volume on the TV. Between the two issues, I am a bit frustrated. I have not tried downloading the remote to my cell phone but I don't keep that next to my bed. This really needs a solution.
