Roku is very easy to navigate. The sections are laid out in a logical fashion. I believe that Roku is good for anyone that is not tech savvy.

I do not like the new remote tho, with the mute button on the side. Everytime I pick it up I end putting mute on

We have three Roku products for our tv’s. This one remote will not work. The others are fine. Will be taking this one back ….

Nice device, but some shortcomings.

I enjoy using Roku, but have found that the remote response slowly tried replacing the batteries and it doesn’t change how it responds very slow when it comes to changing channels

There is so much roku has to offet, it's incredible! The streaming device is so easy-to-use my 81 year old dad can get around on this product.
