Remote has had several sets of Duracell batteries and now it doesn’t work at all.

If your remote has a pairing button, press and hold it on the back for 20 seconds. If your remote doesn't have a pairing button, press and hold the Back and Home buttons for 20 seconds. Then, restart your Roku device, replace or recharge the batteries, and try to re-pair your voice remote to your streaming device. I like the way this works but it really needs a “last” or “previous channel “ button

You can control the channels you choose using the remote's navigational keys (left, right, up, and down). You can also add channels to favorites for easy access by highlighting them, pressing the star button on the remote, and adding them to favorites.
