Not enough features

They need #’s on the control so you can key in channels.
Just very clunky and hard to navigate over a full feature remote. Side guide should let you go further than the time that you are watching.

Too difficult to switch between channels

We like Roku, don't get me wrong; we would like to have a simpler method to change between channels. On our X-finity boxes, all we have to do is input a channel number or the call letters of a channel and it goes right to it. Roku is a bit cumbersome at times. Especially for us older people.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hi there, we appreciate your time for sharing. At the moment, the input channel number is not available on Roku. However, for convenient access, you can select your favorite channels. To set a channel as a favorite, open the Channel options menu, select Manage channels, then Favorite channels, and press OK to check the box next to any channel you want to mark as a favorite. The product is good but about every other day I have to reconnect it to the internet. That’s my only complaint

I purchased two of these for some hand-me-down flat screen TVs and love these! I can control the volumn and power with one smart TV which was a huge help because it did not have a remote.
