New Smart TV wasn't so Smart

I bought a TV that wouldn't get certain streaming services that I was paying for. An internet search told me that it wasn't just my TV, that particular brand was well known for this problem but nothing was ever going to be done about it. I tried ROKU and it solved my problem immediately. As a plus - the built in free ROKU channels are great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I'm paralyzed and I can look in my phone pick and send my shoes to my TV, this device is what I shoulda had yrs ago. So easy to connect and use, my dic yr old grand connected mine

I had to replace the one I purchased 2 years ago. its the exact same one. the other one would not update, or load. or connect.. Even after doing a factory reset.

I bought this because my tv no longer supports Netflix. I was so leased when I was able to set it up myself and get it working with no hassle. It’s easy to use and I have access to more streaming services.

Super easy setup. If you have more than one, your Roku account login enables all your paid app login credentials on all your units!

Roku remote control

My remote control ‘right’ button and ‘fast forward’ button do not work after less than 60 days of use!!!! It is extremely frustrating because I can’t select any apps that are on the right side!!! I just purchased 2 new remotes today but haven’t tried to use them yet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
