Bad remote design

Product does all it is supposed to do. No complaints about program streaming. I do have a complaint about the remote. The design is lacking. Who decided that the side of the remote was the best place for volume control? This should be on top with everything else.

Quick, responsive interface, lots of channels available. Would love adding a switch to change TV inputs, that would save me hauling out a separate remote. If it can be done now and I just don't know how, please let me know!!

We really like it. Easy to use. Lots of apps and programming. Has Apps that weren’t on other streaming service. Really like the beach tv app with live feed. Love the simple remote. I would buy another one for another tv.

Finally can watch shows that I paid for

I bought my television in 2017 so I think it is a smart tv but I couldn't get HBO Max on it even though I could get it on my computer. Then I ordered BRIT Box and couldn't get that either. NOW I have Roku and I can get everything - Love it!

OK but some flaws

The unit occasionally becomes unresponsive. Can't change channel or adjust volume. Usually have to remove batteries in remote or unplug the base unit for it to start working again. The mute button is poorly located. It s very easy to accidentally turn off the sound when you handle the remote
