I’ve given up using my Roku 4k because the Roku app disappeared from my Samsung smart tv and, after multiple attempts with Roku support, I can’t redownload the Roku app. I can download the roku channel app but that isn’t what i want

Hi there, thank you for bringing up this issue. Help is here. Are you experiencing this problem on specific channels or on all channels? If you haven't already, try performing a Software Update by going to the Home screen and then selecting Settings > System > System Update > Check Now. If the issue is specific to certain channels, try uninstalling the channel, restarting the device, and then reinstalling the channel. If the problem affects all titles from any channel, check the status of the network connection by going to Settings > Network > About. You can find more troubleshooting steps at https://support.roku.com/article/208755548. If the issue continues, feel free to contact us at https://support.roku.com/contactus. We hope this helps!
