I’ve given up using my Roku 4k because the Roku app disappeared from my Samsung smart tv and, after multiple attempts with Roku support, I can’t redownload the Roku app. I can download the roku channel app but that isn’t what i want

Hi there, thank you for bringing up this issue. Help is here. Are you experiencing this problem on specific channels or on all channels? If you haven't already, try performing a Software Update by going to the Home screen and then selecting Settings > System > System Update > Check Now. If the issue is specific to certain channels, try uninstalling the channel, restarting the device, and then reinstalling the channel. If the problem affects all titles from any channel, check the status of the network connection by going to Settings > Network > About. You can find more troubleshooting steps at https://support.roku.com/article/208755548. If the issue continues, feel free to contact us at https://support.roku.com/contactus. We hope this helps! Hi there, thanks for letting us know about the issues you're experiencing. It seems like your Roku device might not be getting enough power. To fix this, we suggest plugging your Roku into a separate power outlet instead of using a USB port on your TV. Additionally, many modern TVs have a built-in sleep timer feature. If your TV is turning off and on around the same time each day, you should check your TV's scheduling settings to make sure this feature is turned off. In addition, it may help to try temporarily turning off Power Savings mode. To do so, please follow these steps: Go to Settings/System/Power/Auto Power Savings. Uncheck “After 20 minutes of no interaction”. We hope this is helpful. After performing this step, please let us know at https://support.roku.com/contactus so that we can assess this matter thoroughly.
We appreciate your feedback. Happy Streaming! Roku Customer Advocate
