My remote constantly needs new batteries and the volume doesn’t always work without trying several times
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hello there, help has arrived! To ensure proper communication between your Roku remote and streaming device, you can try resetting your remote, which will also help conserve battery power. First, ensure the batteries are correctly installed, and there are no obstructions in the path between the remote and the device. If your remote has a pairing button, press and hold it for 20 seconds. If it doesn't, press and hold the Back and Home buttons for 20 seconds instead. After that, restart your Roku device and replace or recharge the batteries. Then, attempt to repair your voice remote with the streaming device. For detailed instructions, please refer to this FAQ article: https://support.roku.com/article/21303049528855. You can also use our Roku remote app for voice control, quick searches, app launches, and more. If the issue persists, feel free to contact us directly at http://support.roku.com/contactus. We're looking forward to getting you back streaming. Roku Customer Advocate
Bought this to add another cable tv tuner without getting a cable box. Used as a second tv in a room for sports programs. I couldn’t hook up another cable box in the room for the second tv. Works well with my Spectrum service. I know this is not the normal setup. Most just cut the cable. Downloaded Spectrum app and it works well.
I bought this Hugo stick for my TV at 2 months ago and I'm very happy and satisfied with it and getting free TV and channels from Roku and I enjoy it very much me and my family
I purchased this about 2-3 months ago and I love it! It is so much easier than my previous one especially with the power and volume because tbh I am terrible with always losing the tv Remote lol
