Remote does not light up

All my streaming in one place

Roku keeps track of what I watch on most of the apps and provides a consolidated view on the Roku home page. I also enjoy content on the Roku channel. The one annoying "feature" is that every time they push out a software update, it resets my home screen visyal customizations and I have to redo them.

I have only had it a few months and I have to unplug the usb power cord from the adapter almost daily. Sometimes it happens multiple times within two or three hours of viewing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Make sure you're using the USB cable that came with your Roku. If you're using a different cable, try replacing it with the original. Ensure that the video cable is securely connected to the back of your Roku. In some cases, the USB power provided by the TV is not sufficient to power the device that’s why consider connecting it to the wall outlet.
