This is the greatest product for TV

I had one for the living room and bought one for another room. It turns the tv on and has up or down volume and you can use voice to choose. It is a great product and an affordable price.

I have been really pleased with all the free streaming and live tv options. Haven’t even considered a premium subscription channel because so much to choose from

My only issue I have as it doesn’t turn off with the remote unless it is supposes to be on all the time I only have to turn the tv on to use it my other streaming device I have to turn it on and the tv so I am not sure about it

Remote is not working properly

This is my fourth Roku unit, this one works as expected however the remote keeps running my sound bar up to max volume when trying to lower volume, which is irritating to say the least. I have stopped using the Roku remote for volume and using the TV remote instead. Otherwise, great picture (4K), and easy to use.

If you haven't used a particular HDMI port on the TV before, try a different one to see if that resolves the issue. Ensure the TV is set to the correct input source for your HDMI port.
