I am concerned that the screen is becoming clouded with a broad line running vertically through the screen. Is this damaging the unit ? Does this clear up at some time? The unit appears to be functioning alright, but I am concerned about this screen distortion.

Other than how it’s plumbed in it offers little to no value over buying a much cheaper home use model. Also you can’t use reusable filters in the commercial models. If I had known that before I bought it I never would have purchased it!

The Keurig 2500 is an efficient direct plumb coffee maker. The biggest negative is that the first cup of the day takes a little while to brew. The water does not stay hot overnight so the water has to heat up for the first cup. Subsequent cups take a reasonable amount of time.

I had this installed 3 weeks ago and everyone absolutely loves it! It is super simple to use and quick and a perfect cup of coffee every time. I have the plumbed in version so it's literally coffee on demand. This version is also sleek and takes up less space than my previous model
