You have to turn it on and then it takes 3 minutes to warm-up. My old one would stay warm at all times so I didn't have to wait. I didnt spend this kind of money on a coffee maker to wait around. Not impressed with this purchase and the lack of customizability (I can program in a dollar store coffee maker, why doesnt this have that functionality?!?!)

The Keurig 2500 is a dependable and productive unit. It brews quickly and serves the coffee hot. With the the plumbed water system it can continually brew cup after cup woithout having to fill a reservoir.

No longer able to change screensaver

Very disappointed that the documentation still shows you can change the screensaver images but yet the hardware will not allow this. Any of the new models no longer support changing the images so you are stuck with the stock photos. Seems to work ok so far, just really disappointed that what was advertised is not what was delivered.

Bought this as an upgrade from the K155, and so glad we did. This machine is much quieter, warms up faster, and the coffee doesn't taste as bitter as it did with the K155. Love that the machine is also smaller so it takes less countertop space in our small office kitchen. Would highly recommend!

I upgraded from my older model, I wanted 1 that could be plumbed. Just a convenience I wanted for myself. I wasn’t deterred by the negative comments about waking the maker. Not a problem here, I get up touch the screen and while I’m waiting I get my fur babies fresh water.. your that impatient.. please don’t drive!
