Was disappointed to see there was no water line - water line adapter and water filter kit included as standard purchase- Had to make additional out of pocket expenses before being able to use

It has lots of coffee size options quick to brew when it’s warmed up. Other reviewers commented on the amount of time to warm up. It’s quite a bit longer than the old model and annoying when you are trying to get out the door. It’s a quick reload when it’s warm. Overall very good machine.

IU am unhappy with the fact that you have to wait for 3 minutes for it to heat up. Did not have to wait on the old 150 comerical model it had instant coffee. Wish I had of know this before buying

The K-2500 sleep mode is automatically set at 30 minutes, but can be adjusted through the manager setting of the brewer to a 4 hour interval. We hope this helps if you are needing to brew multiple cups within that time frame!

After 10 years of really enjoying our Keurig B150, it kinda brewed itself out. We really liked not having to fill a reservoir and the only reason I didn’t rate the new 2500 as a 5 star is because it is not programmable to come on at a set time every morning. I think our 2500 brews faster and the “strong” feature makes a great cup of coffee.
