Love it. Only complaint is it doesn’t keep the water warm all the time like my last Bunn commercial unit. Last thing you want to do with an instant unit at 4am is wait for it to brew…. It has a 4 hour delay function, needs to have options all the way up to never go idle….

We purchased this for our small office last month, and it works wonderfully well! We especially like not having to refill a water reservoir several times each day. We have one suggestion: include a dual valve, the tubing and water filter along with a connection from the filter to the machine as standard.

Great Coffee Pot/Machine. This is a very sleek and compact coffee machine. I owned a K 150 commercial unit for almost 10 years. I still have it; however, it has run its course. It was time for a new unit. So far the K-2500 is great. It is quiet, optimal, very easy to use, and seems to have an energy saving option. This one, like my old one, is plumbed to the water line; this make things much more convenient. I give this machine 5 STARS!!!

Needs a dedicated iced coffee setting. Build quality is nice, but doesn’t feel as sturdy as my K155. One plus is that it takes up less room on the counter than the K155. IMO coffee taste better in the K2500.

I've been using Keurig's for 10 plus years and they last a LONG time... but when my old faithful pump died I was hesitant to upgrade. The K2500 is my new love! It works great, is simple to use, and easy to setup. I especially love the water line feature, no more grumpy folks waiting for a fill up!

I kept seeing water on the counter and the hoses and lines were dry. I put a paper towel under the unit unit the next morning, it was soaked. Water is coming from the back left of the unit. Very frustrating because we had to disconnect the unit and can't use it. This is way too expensive to have any issues onky after 3 days of use. Now I have to spend time dealing with. customer service.
