Problematic over time

I am on my third single serve, between the leaking seal at the top tank on all three, one of them stopped heating well and was making cold cups and one wouldn’t start brewing. Had to open and close the lid ten times. Time to move away from this one
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Didn’t even last two years

Worked very well for 19 months then no longer would stay on long enough to make the coffe. Only used it on weekends

Like it better than the last. Need instructions on how to close lid when I'm finished for the day. It doesn't have serial number under or any where my instructions said to look.

The k-mini is perfect for dorm room living for a ton of reasons. I don't know what I'd do without it. HOWEVER just as a side note, it's kind of loud so probably not the best if you're sharing space with someone who is on a different sleep schedule than you. It also splashes a lot when it brews, so you'll probably have to wipe down the machine and the surrounding area after you use it.

I got rid of my older model and went with this new slim version. Glad I did. Water seems hotter than before. I like being able to add up to 12 ounces of water.
