Machine is leaking within first two weeks of use

When we first got the machine, we were frustrated with how long it takes to warm up and brew a cup (approx 5-7 minutes each time). Now, after less than two weeks, the machine makes a load whirring noise, and is leaking from underneath the machine without making any coffee.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is the worst thing I have ever bought. Bought this in July 2022. It started leaking from the bottom this November. The only reason why I bought it because my old keurig of 6 years died on me. Keurig who ever came with this design and their piping suck. Get a better quality parts. Quit being cheap about it and selling it like it is gold

Ideal for a kitchen with not much counter space
