Broke first time I used it

The needle is a cheap plastic so we tried to use the refillable pod that said it was compatible and as soon as we locked it in the needle broke. It also doesn't seem like they offer replacement parts for it. Our old keurig lasted for years and this one didn't make it one day. Very sad to see Keurig is cheaping out on parts these days.
