I purchased this a few weeks ago and was shipped promptly. The only issue I experienced was figuring out how to remove the inside pod holder so I could insert the reusable pod, which I had to order Separate. A little pricy, but I prefer using own coffee. I also like the small water reserve, water is always fresh. Not sitting in resevoir.
