Bought this to use when we travel, as so many hotels either have substandard coffee or crappy coffee makers in the room. Now we don't have to suffer thru this or run to somewhere and get coffee first thing. While this unit takes a couple minutes to heat up and brew a cup it beats the uncertainty of hotel coffee, which makes it worth the wait.

This is so loud it wakes up my babies every time, sounds like an airplane taking off... very disappointed
