WHEN the mini brewer makes coffee it is very good. However, it is hit or miss. I have to restart the pot 4 or 5 times before it brews. At real pain

i bought this as a birthday/Xmas gift for my sister! she loves it and how versatile it is at making so many different types of hot drinks and this one will probably end up at her camper because it is nice and small and i thing she will upgrade to one of the duos for house use at a later time!

expected the same performance as the original single serve; however this model is producing a strong brew which smells slightly burnt and i cannot drink it. on a lesser note it is noisy.

Loved the shape/size & idea of no reserve tank where water sits. One time i will get 1/2 a cup and next time coffee overflows all over counter. Sometimes the Keurig decides not to work at all. I have called Keurig for assistance & told to watch videos on how to operate………i know how to operate it. Waste. Very frustrating to deal with first thing in the mornings I have used Keruig for years which i loved, but not this model.

Purchased this single cup brewer so I can make just a cup before my husband wakes up. But that's not happening. This coffee maker is so LOUD it fills our house with tremendous motor noise when in use. Noise lasts entire time coffee is brewing which seems very long. Would not recommend.
