I bought this as an upgrade to an older Keurig which we weren't happy about. This one is easier to fill and enjoy the unique colors. Much more compact too and saves counter space!

DO NOT PURCHASE!!!

I bought this until 2 months ago and now it will only pull 2oz of water into the heating unit. As the coffee starts to pour into the cup, it will drain the remaining water that is in the reservoir. Thus, you hot coffee is mixed with the cold water, producing a cold cup of coffee. Called customer service to be told my unit is out of warranty. Do not have the receipt but provided pic of the serial number located on bottom of unit. Now will need to purchase a new unit. DO NOT PURCHASE!!
