Not user friendly and makes a weak cup of coffee although its the same pods we were using in the large Kurig 8-13 cup coffee maker.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

TWO of my minis stopped working just after a year

I’m SUPER disappointed with this mini Keurig. I’ve had TWO minis that have stopped working within a year and a half. This last time it just wouldn’t power on. From my experience there seems to be a serious issue with them. They should be lasting YEARS if I’m spending that much on a machine. I also take SUCH good care of it (see pics below), so this is frustrating. I never write reviews, but I thought maybe this could help someone make a decision.

I needed more counter space. I gave my large Keurig to someone and bought the mini. I assumed it would not be as good.
Surprise! It makes a great cup of coffee and it’s hotter than my old Keurig. Glad I did it.
