We got this small, compact coffeemaker solely to take with us on trips. Some hotels don't even have in-room coffee, and when they do they are notoriously stingy with the proprietary brew paks that fit in their brewers. This is small, compact, works well for our needs, plus the pods are widely available at our destinations if we don't have enough of those packed, too.

Reservoir not removable for cleaning

The water reservoir cannot not be removed for cleaning. My keurig mini machine has mold underneath the reservoir because water is trapped. When the the machine sucks in the water it seems the water collects underneath the plastic water reservoir where it gets trapped and the result is mold. There is no way to clean it. Keurig needs to discontinue this machine

Only used twice then all the water started leaking out of the bottom. Ive only had the Keurig for a week at the time, and I had emailed support a few days ago but never got anything back… but got a thank you for your purchase email.
