Replacing headphones

Replacing my broken headphones was quick and easy. After 5 months be on and off switch stopped working. After proving my damaged headphones were unusable my new headphones arrive shortly thereafter. Thank you

Overall Best Headphone -- Look No Further!

This is my second JLab Studio Pro Over-Ear Headphones. Because of working at home, I use headphones literally 24/7. I need something that works 100% of the time and is comfortable. These headphones exceed all possible expectations. The sound is great-- better than "great," they peg the meter. Once you hit perfect, there is nowhere to go; JLab pairs with the correct device very easily -- one and you are done; the charge lasts days -- literally days of constant use; and amazingly -- they are the most comfortable headphones you could possibly imagine. I can't tell you how many times I've fallen asleep with these headphones on and never once felt pinched or discomfort. Plus -- JLab is the ONLY headphones that are still ultra comfortable when I'm wearing my glasses!!! I started using headphones when the work at home started in the pandemic. So, I've been burning through headphones for 4 years. I found JLab about a year ago and will only use JLab moving forward. Once you find the BEST there is no reason to even look at anything else! Not to mention that these headphones are affordable for any level of budget. Thank you JLab!
