I received a set of the over-ear headphones for Christmas. The headphones would not charge or turn on. You customer service was responsive and very helpful. I was able to return the headphones for warrant and then ordered a replacement set. Then ew ones work great and I am very happy with them

I received this headphones a couple days ago, they feel good over my head and ears, the sound is rich and balanced. Great to play music and video games.

My wife does the audio book thing. She does not trust the bluetooth and wanted a pair of corded headphones. JLAB has a good rep. She loves the mute button.

I love it. The noise canceling is enough to remove sounds but you can still hear noises a little which is great.the only problem so far is that there is noticeable pressure around my cheekbone caused by the headphone after wearing it.
