Great sound. But missing features I enjoyed from

The sound is great as expected from Bose.
My one complaint is that i can’t control the volume from the earbuds. I have to use the volume from my phone.i was able to control the volume and skip song or replay from my previous Bose earbuds. I can’t do any of these functions from the earbuds.

Love the fit and comfort of these earbuds. Sound quality is great, as expected. Best feature for me is being able to connect to both my laptop and my phone. Switching is easy so this convenience gets 5 stars!

Works on my small ears!

I have very small ears so I was excited to try this style. Inner ear styles fall out. I didn't wear my inner ear buds due to fear of loosing one or both. I love these! These stay on and I really like that I can hear around me. I like having background noise all the time, that is my comfort zone. It is winter now so I haven't used it being active outside as I need a hat in my climate. I will say they are great indoors and even at work. I am thrilled.

Excellent brand but fell short on quality

Took some time to get used to them. Bose is an excellent brand but since ear buds don't fit snuggly in ear like other earbuds, I felt like sound could be better.

Love the sound and the buds stay on the ears no matter what. Not as bassy as the in ear buds, but I won't ruin theses budses. God bless.

Small, Senistive ears? These are for you!

I love these earbuds! I had another brand that was the same as my phone and could only wear them about 15 mintues before I had to take them out because they hurt my ears. These were exactly as described and fit comfortably! Wore them for over 2 hours easily! Probably could have worn all day if I had needed to. Super easy to set up and pair with multiple devices. I like I could easily switch between my work computer and cell. Highly recommend!

Love and dislike some features.

Bought two weeks ago and love them but dislike them! Love fit and finish along with how they stay in place so well. Dislike that there not noise cancelation and the volume is hard too hear on phone calls.

I purchase these a month ago and I’m disappointed. Great audio and video sound quality. Very poor phone call quality. Not sure how one aspect can be so right and the other can be so wrong. Get it together Bose!
