So Comfy, I Feel Asleep Wearing Them

I tried several ear buds, including AirPods, but they were either uncomfortable or wouldn’t stay in my ears. Frankly, these didn’t look like they would be comfortable either. I was wrong. Along with great sound, they are so comfortable, I fell asleep wearing them the first night. Great purchase!
I love the sound quality and being able to control the equalizer. My only issue is that the cuffs are very flexible. They don't feel secure when they are on.
I'm on my second pair in a year. One ear bud continues to stop working. I have never dropped them I don't let them get wet. They just stop working.

One possible reason an earbud may not be working is that it isn’t properly connecting to the charging case. This could be due to debris on the battery contacts of the earbuds or inside the case. If the charging contacts are obstructed by dirt, debris, or liquid, the earbuds may not charge correctly. Please ensure that none of the charging pins in the case are recessed, they should protrude slightly. Clear any debris by gently wiping the contacts or using compressed air. Also, if the blue plastic film is still inside the case, please remove it.

Unfortunately, I am having a bad experience with these earbuds; they turned out to be defective, as the volume is far too low. Furthermore, when I filed a claim, I wasn't given the option to choose the same color as my original purchase. What a terrible experience.

Had for a few weeks and it’s a great investment. The sound is clear and crisp. The vibration is unreal it makes you want to dance. The setting put you in the music and the sounds come from all sides. The look is clean and sleek. The feel is not cheap but just perfect. Charging does not take long and the battery is everything that it says it is (long life). I highly recommend this product especially for the comfort and sound. Can wear all day without it hurting your ears or feeling heavy. It is very light weight.
The design of these earbuds is life changing. I can wear my earbuds all day to listen to music or take phone calls seamless transition between activities and still hear my real life going on around me. And if that weren’t enough, Bose sound quality is top shelf, as always.
