[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these about 2 years ago, 1 week before the warranty expired the left bud stopped working! I had to send it back to have it looked at, I did try to reboot it first! I got it back and three weeks after the left stopped working again! Nope I can’t recommend this not for the cost! Sorry, never again! The sound is good tho.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bose is one of my favorite brands and I was thinking of purchasing these Ultra Open Earbuds for a while; so glad I did. I personally find in-ear earbuds to be highly uncomfortable, so I gave these a try and I am not disappointed. They are comfortable and I can leave them in for hours at a time either on a business call or listening to music or podcasts. The sound quality is excellent, as you’d expect from Bose, and the battery life is very good. I love using while walking outside, so I can still hear my calls, music, or podcasts well, but can also pay attention to my surroundings. These are definitely my favorite earbuds, but I would not recommend them for traveling; I feel noise cancelling earbuds would be better on an airplane. I also find these easy to use and pair with multiple devices. For me, these were a great purchase.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These were recommended by family members. I’m very happy with the sound quality. Since they don’t go into the ear canal, they’re much easier to keep clean.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Bose Ultra Open Earbuds for a bit now, and overall I’m really impressed. The open-ear design is the standout feature for me—it’s comfortable enough to wear for long periods, and I like that I can still stay aware of my surroundings while listening to music or taking calls.
The sound quality is solid, especially for open earbuds. You don’t get the deep, immersive isolation of in-ear or over-ear headphones, but the audio is still clear, balanced, and surprisingly rich. They work great for casual listening, walks, or working from home.
Comfort-wise, these are some of the easiest earbuds I’ve worn. They don’t create that plugged-up feeling, and I almost forget I have them on. The fit feels secure without being tight.
Battery life has been reliable so far, lasting through most of my day without needing a recharge. Call quality is also good—people can hear me clearly, even in moderately noisy environments.
If I had to point out a downside, it would be that they’re not ideal for loud environments since the open design lets in outside noise. But that’s kind of the tradeoff for the awareness and comfort they offer.
Overall, I’d recommend them if you’re looking for something comfortable, lightweight, and great for everyday use without completely tuning out the world.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Open Ultra Earbuds as an option for more comfortable earbuds that would fit my ear. These are amazing. Sound quality is great and I can wear them for hours without bothering me. Battery is great too.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The idea is there but the actual use of it doesn't meet the idea. I bought a pair for my wife and when she calls me I have a hard time hearing her when she uses the open ear buds, it's like she is talking 5 feet away from the phone. She uses an iPhone and I am on a Samsung Galaxy 26 Ultra.

Hi vsy365, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the call experience with the Ultra Open Earbuds hasn’t met your expectations.
The Ultra Open Earbuds are designed with an open‑ear concept to help you stay aware of your surroundings. Because the microphones are built into the earbuds, proper fit and correct wearing position are essential for clear voice pickup. Call quality can also vary depending on environment, fit, and device compatibility. We recommend double-checking the fit, ensuring the earbuds are worn as intended, and confirming they’re selected as the active microphone during calls.
