Its design. Sound quality is great! It’s just that the microphone effect during calls is very poor!

Firmware update 4.0.22 was released to bring enhancements to your far-end call performance, via improved voice pickup. Try installing this update (or later) via the Bose app, and see if the issue improves.

I bought these a few weeks ago. Very happy with the purchase so far. My first pair of open earbuds. Love the balance between listening to music and being able to hear what's around me at the same time. Comfortable to wear for extended periods. Simple to use.
These are the first earbuds I have been able to wear comfortably for any activity throughout the day. Nothing else ever fit my ears. The immersive audio motion setting means my music surrounds me wherever I go while still being aware of my surroundings.
Bought this a few weeks ago but some what disappointed

The headphones themselves are amazing! I love them! They are so light weight and comfortable! I keep them charged at all times so I don’t have to go without. The silicon case on the other hand is a complete waste of 24.00. It doesn’t stay on the top half of the box and it’s the type that just collects dust and hair. I regret wasting the money. I saw they have cloth ones for other headphones I wish that was what was a available for the Ultra Open Earbuds.

I’ve had these open buds for a couple weeks. They are comfortable to wear all day. I use it in a work environment and the sound is good. However the mic isn’t so good in an open office environment. Picks up a lot of voices in the background when talking. They always say can you take me off speaker phone? It’s a good product but I was hoping for a little bit better features.

Great concept but they don’t stay in place. I’m constantly fidgeting to get the best fit and best hearing.
