I absolutely love these! I often have difficulty finding ear buds that will stay in my ears and not fall out at inconvenient time but these are perfect! They stay in, have the incredible Bose sound I have come to expect and the best part….I barely even notice that I have them in!
Dear Bose, I’ve ever since I was 21 years old . I’m almost 69 and this has to be my worst product I’ve ever bought from Bose. It doesn’t stay on ear with the slightest touch it falls off the ear. I bought it for my China trip and plan on getting a refund when I get back next month. What a bad experience. It’s the Bose new wrap around ear plugs.

I have had it for a few weeks and they have performed better than I could have ever hoped. Crisp clear sound and so comfortable to wear I forget they are even in my ears . I can not recommend enough!
I got these a few weeks ago. Happy that I was able to get them but the quality of when I’m using it on a call is not good. Ppl have a hard time hearing me and I have to adjusting them so they could hear me. The sound is awesome. Needs noise cancellation tho. In an open area sometimes u can’t hear the music. I have to put the volume all the way up for me to hear the music and the still hear the outside noise.
Sound quality is ok; not the best I’ve used. While on a phone call, the other party has a difficult time hearing.

Firmware update 4.0.22 was released to bring enhancements to your far-end call performance, via improved voice pickup. Try installing this update (or later) via the Bose app, and see if the issue improves.
